Customer Service Specialist with Italian and English
Workplace: Szczecin
This is an ideal position for you if :
- you are fluent in Italian (level C1),
- you have a very good knowledge of English (level B2/C1),
- you have experience in customer service (nice to have),
Your duties:
- customer service in Italian and English (you will not conduct sales activities)
- providing solutions concerning technical enquiries in cooperation with the IT department,
- providing information about solutions offered by our client from the new technology industry.

- Employment contract,
- Flexible working hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm/ or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm),

- Possibility to work full-time or part-time (depending on your preferences and availability),
